Peer Lemmers animation blog, and other stuff that crosses my mind...
bought some indian ink and brushes a few weeks ago and started playing with it. Have not been drawing as much as i would want to due to work but im still drawing every week which is waaayy better then last year.

I'm from the country who sold New York for one dollar, by now however we Dutch are a bit more business savvy, and maybe someday I will too. I am still trying to become a good character animator long after having attended AnimationMentor.com. Since AM Ive had the privilege of working for some great studios Rare, ReelFX,Tippett Studio and currently DreamWorks.

I never worked with ink and brushes before. Did you do some pencil rough before or went straight to the drawing with the ink?

i did some pencil roughs first... and layed another paper over them so i can see a bit of it.. taped them so they wouldnt shift about and inked...
